I’m Sarah Petty, the Founder of Olive Business Partners. I’m a CPA and an experienced Chief Financial Officer, and have worked with founders and leadership teams to help them grow sustainable, profitable businesses.

It begins with a 4-session guided program designed to help early-stage business owners build financial stability, understand their numbers, and put the right systems in place to grow with confidence. Once the foundations are integrated into your business, you’ll move into a rhythm of monthly performance reviews, monthly forecasting sessions, and quarterly goal setting. This is the level of rigour successful businesses rely on. You’ll also have access to templates and tools, and you can ask questions during the calls or inside the private Slack group.

All content is delivered online.
The Financial Success Framework is delivered live on Zoom, one hour per week for four weeks.
All sessions are recorded and available in the portal if you can’t attend or want to revisit the material. You’ll also receive a workbook and templates to help you apply the framework in your business.
After the first four weeks, ongoing support continues through monthly Zoom calls, with private community discussions hosted in Slack.

The program commitment is a minimum of 6 months, as this will significantly increase your results.
Most members spend 1–2 hours per week implementing the tools in their business and reviewing their financials. This is a weekly habit of top entrepreneurs.

No. The program is designed for business owners who don’t necessarily consider themselves “numbers people.” Everything is explained in plain language and the system guides you step-by-step. You can also ask clarifying questions at any time.

Yes. They look after compliance and bookkeeping. This program teaches you how to use your financials to make decisions, plan for the future and build a more profitable business.

The Success Circle is delivered entirely online and scheduled to suit Australian time zones, so you can join from anywhere in Australia.
If you’re based outside Australia, you’re still welcome to join if the session times work for you. Please note that the content is designed with Australian businesses in mind, including local regulations, tax considerations and commercial context.
If you’re an Australian business with overseas customers or operations, this program is absolutely a great fit.

Your business structure doesn’t matter, provided you have an established offering and have been trading for at least 12 months.
Please note that the program does not cover advice on business structures. For guidance on the most appropriate structure for your situation, we recommend speaking with your accountant.

Members can continue in the Success Circle for another 6 months, purchase additional coaching, or graduate into a Virtual CFO package if they are ready for a higher level of support.

Xero is our preferred accounting platform and we’ll be demonstrating how to set up reporting in Xero to support financial success. If you use another system, you can still join, but we won’t be covering reporting setup in other platforms.
If you don’t currently use accounting software, we strongly recommend implementing one once your business is earning more than $10,000 per month. You can access 90% off a Xero subscription for the first 6 months using our affiliate link HERE.

The VIP option provides a one-to-one session every quarter. You will also get access to one-to-one support via Slack.
If you need additional sessions or would like some once off support, you can purchase CFO on Demand sessions outside of this program.
