Scope of Service
Our Impact Plan service reviews and aligns your offerings and resources to drive purposeful, sustainable growth. Through two focused coaching sessions, we’ll develop a clear strategy, financial targets and an action plan.

Preparation: You complete a guided template to outline your offerings and costs, both visible and invisible.
First Coaching Session (1 Hour): We dive into your business, exploring what’s working, what’s not, and defining your impact goals: what you want your business to achieve and the difference you want to make.
Second Coaching Session (1 Hour): We realign your offerings to support your impact goals and discuss strategies for maximising impact and growing your business.
Plan Delivery: Within 48 hours, we deliver your customised growth plan document.
All work is completed remotely unless otherwise agreed.

The coaching sessions can be booked to suit your pace, although we do request both sessions be completed within 60 days to achieve results.
