Financial Success Circle — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to participation in the Financial Success Circle membership ("Membership") operated by Olive Business Partners Pty Ltd ("Olive", "we", "us", "our").

By completing payment for the Membership, you ("Member") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

1. The Membership

1.1 The Financial Success Circle is an ongoing educational membership program delivered online. The Membership provides access to financial education, live group calls, resources, and CFO support for business owners.

1.2 The Membership includes:

  • Full Financial Success Foundations course content from the date of enrolment

  • Monthly Financial Review Call — live group call reviewing key financial metrics

  • Monthly Cash Flow Forecast Call — live group call focused on quarterly cash planning

  • Quarterly Goals Call — live group call for financial goal setting and review

  • Access to call replays for 30 days following each session

  • Full resource library including templates, frameworks, and tools

  • Ongoing CFO Q&A access via the private online community

1.3 Call replays are available for 30 days following each session, after which they are removed. Members are encouraged to download or review recordings within this period.

1.4 Olive reserves the right to update or modify course content and resources where reasonably required to ensure accuracy and relevance.

2. Membership Term

2.1 The Membership has a minimum term of six months from the date of enrolment ("Minimum Term").

2.2 Enrolment constitutes a commitment to the full six-month Minimum Term. Early withdrawal does not reduce or cancel payment obligations for the remainder of the Minimum Term, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

2.3 At the end of the Minimum Term, the Membership will continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled by either party. Renewal terms will be communicated to the Member prior to the end of the Minimum Term.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 The monthly Membership fee is as specified at the time of enrolment ("Fee").

3.2 The Fee is fixed for the duration of the Minimum Term. Olive will not increase the Fee during the Minimum Term without the Member's agreement.

3.3 The first payment is due immediately upon enrolment. Subsequent payments are due monthly on the same date each month.

3.4 All fees are in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST will be applied at checkout where applicable.

3.5 Where a Member has previously purchased the Financial Success Foundations program and joins the Financial Success Circle within 30 days of that purchase, a credit may be applied to the first month's Fee at Olive's discretion. The credit amount will be confirmed in writing prior to enrolment.

4. Non-Payment

4.1 If a payment defaults, Olive will issue a payment reminder.

4.2 If payment is not received within seven days of its due date, access to the Membership will be immediately suspended.

4.3 Access will only be reinstated once all outstanding payments are brought up to date.

4.4 Failure to make payment does not cancel the Member's obligation to pay all amounts owing for the Minimum Term.

5. Cancellation and Early Exit

5.1 Members may cancel their Membership at any time. However, cancellation does not reduce or waive any payment obligations remaining within the Minimum Term.

5.2 Where a Member cancels during the Minimum Term:

  • Access to all Membership content, calls, community, and resources ends immediately upon cancellation

  • All remaining monthly payments for the Minimum Term remain due and payable

  • No refund will be issued for payments already made

5.3 After the Minimum Term, Members may cancel at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Refunds

6.1 There is no cooling-off period.

6.2 Membership fees are non-refundable once paid, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

6.3 In the event of a significant unforeseen circumstance, a Member may submit a written refund request to info@olivebusinesspartners.com. Any refund is granted at the sole discretion of Olive and is not guaranteed.

7. Delivery

7.1 Olive reserves the right to:

  • Change call dates or times where reasonably required

  • Substitute facilitators if the primary facilitator is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances

7.2 Any such changes will be communicated to Members as soon as practicable and will be made in good faith.

7.3 Olive is not obliged to pause, extend, or transfer Membership access for any reason unless agreed in writing.

8. Community and Q&A Support

8.1 Members may ask questions in the private online community relating to Membership content. Olive will use reasonable efforts to respond within two business days during standard business hours. Immediate or real-time responses are not guaranteed.

8.2 Q&A responses are general in nature and do not constitute professional financial advice specific to your circumstances.

8.3 When participating in the community, you must not post content that is:

  • Confidential, defamatory, indecent, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable

  • Discriminatory or promoting of hate, violence, or harm toward any person or group

  • In breach of any applicable law

8.4 Breach of clause 8.3 may result in immediate removal from the Membership without refund, and all remaining payment obligations for the Minimum Term will remain due.

9. No Guarantee of Results

9.1 The Membership is provided for educational purposes only. Content is general in nature and does not constitute professional financial advice specific to your circumstances.

9.2 Olive does not guarantee specific financial, business, or personal outcomes. Results depend on individual circumstances, effort, implementation, and factors beyond Olive's control.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olive excludes all liability for loss or damage arising from participation in the Membership, including business decisions made in reliance on Membership content.

11. Participant Conduct and Removal

11.1 Members are expected to act professionally and respectfully at all times.

11.2 Olive reserves the right to remove a Member immediately if they act disruptively, breach confidentiality, or behave unprofessionally.

11.3 Where removal occurs due to misconduct:

  • Access ends immediately

  • All remaining payment obligations for the Minimum Term remain due

12. Confidentiality

12.1 In the course of the Membership, Members may be exposed to business or financial information shared by other members. You agree not to share, screenshot, record, or disclose any such information outside the Membership without the express consent of the relevant member
