Financial Success Foundations — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to enrolment in the Financial Success Foundations program ("Program") operated by Olive Business Partners Pty Ltd ("Olive", "we", "us", "our").

By completing payment for the Program, you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

1. The Program

1.1 Financial Success Foundations is an on-demand educational program delivered online. The Program covers financial foundations for business owners, including financial mindset and goal setting, revenue and pricing strategy, cost structure and profitability, cash flow and working capital, management reporting in Xero, and building a monthly financial cadence.

1.2 The Program includes:

  • Six on-demand modules available immediately on purchase

  • Access to module recordings and course materials for the duration of the access period

  • Access to a private online community

  • CFO Q&A access for the duration of the access period

1.3 The Program is self-paced. Participants may work through the modules at their own pace within the access period.

1.4 The access period is 90 days from the date of purchase. Access to all course materials, module recordings, community, and Q&A closes at the end of the 90-day period. Participants are encouraged to download any materials they wish to retain for their own use before access closes.

2. Payment

2.1 The Program fee is a one-time payment due in full at the time of enrolment. No payment plans are available.

2.2 All fees are in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST will be applied at checkout where applicable.

2.3 Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

3. Refunds

3.1 There is no cooling-off period.

3.2 The Program fee is non-refundable once payment has been made, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

3.3 In the event of a significant unforeseen circumstance, a Participant may submit a written refund request to info@olivebusinesspartners.com. Any refund is granted at the sole discretion of Olive Business Partners and is not guaranteed.

4. Delivery

4.1 Olive reserves the right to update or modify module content where reasonably required to ensure accuracy and relevance.

4.2 Olive reserves the right to substitute facilitators if the primary facilitator is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.3 Any material changes to the Program will be communicated to current Participants as soon as practicable.

5. Community and Support

5.1 Participants may ask questions in the private online community relating to Program content. Olive will use reasonable efforts to respond within two business days during standard business hours. Immediate or real-time responses are not guaranteed.

5.2 Q&A responses are general in nature and do not constitute professional financial advice specific to your circumstances.

5.3 When participating in the community, you must not post content that is:

  • Confidential, defamatory, indecent, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable

  • Discriminatory or promoting of hate, violence, or harm toward any person or group

  • In breach of any applicable law

5.4 Breach of clause 5.3 may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund.

6. No Guarantee of Results

6.1 The Program is provided for educational purposes only. Content is general in nature and does not constitute professional financial advice specific to your circumstances.

6.2 Olive does not guarantee specific financial, business, or personal outcomes. Results depend on individual circumstances, effort, implementation, and factors beyond Olive's control.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olive excludes all liability for loss or damage arising from participation in the Program, including business decisions made in reliance on Program content.

8. Participant Conduct

8.1 Participants are expected to act professionally and respectfully at all times.

8.2 Olive reserves the right to remove a Participant from the Program immediately if they act disruptively, breach confidentiality, or behave unprofessionally. Where removal occurs due to misconduct, no refund will be issued.

9. Confidentiality

9.1 In the course of the Program, Participants may be exposed to business or financial information shared by other members. You agree not to share, screenshot, record, or disclose any such information outside the Program without the express consent of the relevant member.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All Program materials, frameworks, templates, recordings, and content are the intellectual property of Olive Business Partners Pty Ltd.

10.2 Materials may be used for your own business purposes only, including sharing internally with staff or professional advisors. You must not resell, redistribute, repackage, or use Program content for any commercial offering.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
